Something about me

I’ve worked as an Operations Manager at various agencies for seven years. These agencies had many problems. Unstable revenue. Scrambling to hit last minute deadlines. The boss stuck working IN the business. Long Hours. No systems in place. “Organised” chaos. Staff not on the same page. You get the idea. But it wasn’t until I developed an easy way to systemise their operations that we were able to permanently overcome these challenges.

First phase is getting you organised
